📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • For Prepaid and Partial COD orders: Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours unless otherwise mentioned.
  • For COD orders: Dispatch will happen within 48 hours of order confirmation via phone call.

     

  • If there is any delay in dispatch, you can contact us via Customer Care, Instagram, or WhatsApp for an update.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, unless there's a courier delay.

  • If the order is not getting attempted or is delayed, please reach out—we will ensure it is delivered or reshipped.
